2012 Recertification for Fellows—Fellows required to recertify in 2012 should go to my.ache.org to access their personalized online application, see how many continuing education credits they have earned and easily complete the recertification process. Eligible candidates must recertify by December 31, 2012.

June 30 Deadline Approaching to Save $200 on Board of Governors Exam—ACHE Members interested in applying to earn the distinction of board certification in healthcare management as a Fellow should act by June 30 to save $200 on the Board of Governors Exam fee. When an ACHE Member submits a completed Fellow application by June 30, 2012, along with the $250 application fee, the $200 Board of Governors Exam fee will be waived pending application approval. The waiver will be valid for six months after your application has been approved. All follow-up materials (e.g., references) must be submitted by August 31 for the waiver to be valid. Members with a master’s or other advanced degree, a minimum of two years of healthcare management experience and a current healthcare management position meet the requirements to submit a Fellow application and are encouraged to do so at ache.org/FACHE.

Share The Value of ACHE With Tell-A-Colleague on ache.org—The Tell-A-Colleague feature located on the home page provides an email template highlighting the key benefits of membership and a link to the online Member application. ACHE members who successfully recruit new Members and Fellows are rewarded through the Leader–to–Leader Program with points that can be redeemed for quality items. Learn more about Leader–to–Leader and view existing rewards at ache.org/L2L.
