"Accepting the mantel of leadership is the biggest challenge today's healthcare executives face. There are scores of bright, energetic, and technically competent managers in the field. The successful executives, however are the ones willing to set the right example, advocate for just and fair causes, and sometimes make unpopular but necessary decisions. ACHE has played an important role in preparing me to lead to the best of my ability."

Kevin E. Lofton, FACHE
President and CEO
