notice enhanced online services, such as My ACHE,
an enhanced job bank and an upgraded message board!
ACHE continues to offer quality education programs and
always welcomes member input.
I am ready to reinstate. Affiliates who
have left ACHE in the past five years may reinstate
as a Member by completing a short online
application. ACHE will review the application
and get your membership up and running in just
a few days. Note: Your ACHE ID number is needed
to access the application. Unless you have changed it,
your User Name is your ACHE ID Number and your Password
is your last name.

Need help? Please contact us at (312)
424-9400 or at membership1@ache.org for
more information on your membership or how to
reinstate. ACHE staff will be glad to assist you.
More than five years? If it has been five years or more since you were last a member of ACHE, please complete a new Membership Application.
Were you an FACHE? Former Fellows will automatically reactivate their credential upon reinstating their memberships in most cases. The exceptions are:
- If your recertification date passed during your membership lapse, then you must complete a Recertification Application and meet those requirements. Once your membership is reinstated, ACHE will send you the link to the Recertification Application.
- If five years have passed since you left ACHE, unfortunately, you cannot reactivate your credential. You would then have the option of starting the credentialing process again or simply continuing in ACHE at the Member (non-credentialed) status.
Former Student Associate? Former Students who have since graduated may advance to Member status by completing a new Membership Application. To reinstate Student Associate membership, complete the Reinstatement Application. Please review Student Associate eligibility requirements before reinstating your membership.
