CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES
Basic Registration
The basic Congress registration fee is $1,075 for ACHE affiliates and $1,275 for nonaffiliates. The registration fee allows you to attend up to 12 credit hours worth of seminars and additional programs as follows:
- Numbered seminars totaling 9 Category I (ACHE education) credits
- The Opening Session and one Hot Topic Session, OR two Hot Topic Sessions, each worth 1.5 Category I credits
- One Congress reception (Monday or Wednesday evening)
- One luncheon
- Continental breakfasts Monday through Thursday
You may also purchase the following events:
- Additional seminars ($130 for 1.5 hour sessions; $260 for 3-hour sessions)
- An additional Hot Topic Session ($130 each)
- Extra programs including Pre-Congress Seminars, Career Programs and other Special Events (prices vary; see the registration form)
You may purchase tickets on site as space permits for the following:
- Additional luncheon ($70)
- Additional reception ($65)
Student Associate Registration
The basic registration fee is $395 including one lunch or you can opt to attend the Student Track without a lunch at a discounted rate of $325. The registration fee allows you to attend up to 12 credit hours worth of seminars and additional programs as follows:
- Student Track Sessions S01-S09 Monday and Tuesday and/or numbered sessions 71X-118X on Wednesday and Thursday totaling 9 Category I (ACHE education) credits
- The Opening Session and one Hot Topic Session OR two Hot Topic Sessions each worth 1.5 Category I credits
- The Student Associate Networking reception or the Wednesday Congress reception
- Continental breakfasts Monday through Thursday
You may also purchase the following events:
- Additional seminars ($130 for 1.5 hour sessions; $260 for 3-hour sessions)
- An additional Hot Topic Session ($130 each)
- Extra programs including Pre-Congress Seminars, Career Programs and other Special Events (prices vary; see the registration form)

Congress Express Registration
The Congress Express registration fee is $850 for ACHE affiliates and $1,050 for nonaffiliates. The registration fee allows you to attend up to 12 credit hours worth of seminars or additional programs as follows:
- Numbered seminars on Wednesday and Thursday totaling 9 Category I (ACHE education) credits (seminars 71X – 118X)
- Two of the Wednesday or Thursday Hot Topic Sessions, each worth 1.5 Category I credits
- The Wednesday Congress reception
- The Leon I. Gintzig Memorial Lecture and Luncheon on Wednesday
- Continental breakfasts on Wednesday and Thursday
In lieu of some of these benefits, you may alternatively choose from selected extra programs on Wednesday and Thursday including Career Programs and other Special Events (prices vary; see the registration form), although this may limit the number of Category I credit you may earn.
Please note that seminars, luncheons and receptions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and the particular event you want may not be available at the time of registration. We encourage you to register early and indicate your preferences so that you are able to attend your events of choice. Also note that there are several complimentary networking and other events for all attendees included with each registration.
