2013 CONGRESS HOTEL INFORMATION

Special rates are available to Congress attendees at the hotels listed on this page. Please make your reservations directly with the Congress hotels by phone or online. The first night's room deposit and tax will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made.

To receive special hotel rates, notify the hotel that you are attending ACHE's Congress on Healthcare Leadership by referencing the codes on this page. The deadline to receive these special rates is February 8, 2013. Please note, however, that due to heavy demand, rooms will likely sell out prior to this date.

Please note: All reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Rates as noted are exclusive of taxes (16.4 percent). Hotels marked with an asterisk (*) offer special rates for government employees.

*Government Rates
Government room rates are available to uniformed services and other government-employed Congress attendees at the prevailing government per diem for Chicago. Reservations should be made by calling the hotel directly. Ask for the ACHE Congress on Healthcare Leadership government room block:

• For the Hilton Chicago's government rate , refer to code AHG. — SOLD OUT
• For the Palmer House Hilton's government rate, refer to code ACV. — SOLD OUT

Your credit card will be used to guarantee the reservation but will NOT be charged. The deadline to receive these special rates is February 8, 2013. Please note, however, that due to heavy demand, rooms will likely sell out prior to this date. Making reservations early is recommended.
