ACHE
STUDENT CHAPTERS AWARDED
CHICAGO,
February 17, 2003 University of Florida, Gainesville; Virginia
Commonwealth University, Richmond; Southwest Texas State University, San
Marcos; and U.S. Army-Baylor University, Fort Sam Houston, TX, are the
recipients of the American College of Healthcare Executives 10th annual
Student Chapter Awards.
The
student chapters will receive their awards on March 19, 2003, at the Wednesday
Keynote Address during ACHE's 46th Congress on Healthcare Management at
the Hilton Chicago. ACHE established the awards to recognize those active
student chapters whose programs have demonstrated a commitment to promoting
advancement in ACHE.
The
winners are:
- Greatest
percentage of graduating students advancing in ACHE over a one-year
period
University of Florida Student Chapter
- Greatest
number of graduating students advancing in ACHE over a one-year period
Graduate Program: Virginia Commonwealth University Student Chapter
Undergraduate Program: Southwest Texas State University Student Chapter
- 2002
graduating class with the greatest number of ACHE Members, Diplomates,
and Fellows
U.S. Army-Baylor University Student Chapter
