CHICAGO, November 11, 2002—Richard A. Henault, FACHE, executive vice president, Methodist Health System Foundation, Inc., New Orleans, LA, has been nominated as the 2003-2004 Chairman-Elect of the American College of Healthcare Executives, an international professional society of nearly 30,000 healthcare executives.

The election will take place in March 2003 at the Council of Regents meeting during ACHE's 46th Congress on Healthcare Management in Chicago. If elected, Henault will serve the first part of a three-year term in ACHE's consecutive chairmanship offices: Chairman-Elect, Chairman, and Immediate Past-Chairman.

Board certified in healthcare management and an ACHE Fellow, Henault serves as an ACHE Governor. Prior to becoming a Governor, he was an ACHE Regent for Louisiana from 1996 to 1999.
