This problem may be related to data you submitted. Things you can do to correct the problem:

• Enter only numeric values in numeric fields (no dollar signs, commas, etc)
• Enter formatted dates in date fields (mm/dd/yy)
• Remove apostrophes and special characters from text values (which sometimes cause problems)
