ACHE
STUDENT CHAPTERS AWARDED
CHICAGO,
February 14, 2005—University of North Carolina
at Chapel Hill; Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond;
and U.S. Army-Baylor University, Fort Sam Houston, TX, are
the recipients of the American College of Healthcare Executives
12th annual Student Chapter Awards.
The
graduate student chapters will receive their awards on Wednesday,
March 16, 2005, at the Leon I. Gintzig Commemorative Lecture
and Luncheon during ACHE’s 48th Congress on Healthcare
Management at the Hilton Chicago. ACHE established the awards
to recognize those active student chapters whose programs
have demonstrated a commitment to promoting advancement in
ACHE.
The
winners are:
- Greatest
percentage of graduating students advancing in ACHE over
a one-year period
University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Student Chapter
- Greatest
number of graduating students advancing in ACHE over a one-year
period
Virginia Commonwealth University Student Chapter
- 2004
graduating class with the greatest number of ACHE Members,
Diplomates, and Fellows
U.S. Army-Baylor University Student Chapter
