- To receive the reduced ACHE rate of $174 Canadian (CAD) single or
double, please inform the hotel that you are attending the ACHE Canadian Program.
- The reduced rate rooms are available on a first-come, first-served
basis until Friday, August 29, 2008.
Make travel arrangements
- United Airlines/Ted: ACHE has arranged reduced airfares with
United Airlines and Ted. Call the Special Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 and refer
to ACHE meeting ID 598YJ to receive a 2 to 10 percent discount off applicable
fares. All ticketing and booking fees will be waived. If you purchase your
ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an additional 5
percent discount.
- ACHE reserves the right to substitute faculty and cancel or
reschedule programs due to unforeseen events. For this reason, we advise
against purchasing nonrefundable airline tickets.

Continuing Education Credit
In addition to the 12 Category I (ACHE education) credits assigned to this seminar,
ACHE is accredited by other organizations to provide continuing education credit.

MAINTENANCE OF CERTIFICATION (MOC)
Attendance at this program entitles certified Canadian College of Health Service Executives members (CHE / FCCHSE) to 12 Category I credits toward their maintenance of certification requirement. |
Cancellation
To cancel or transfer to another seminar, please notify us in writing no
later than Monday, September 8, 2008, for full credit or refund, less a $50
nonrefundable processing fee per seminar. After September 8, all fees are forfeited;
however, you may send a substitute if you cannot attend.
Additional Information
- Your tuition includes all seminar materials and refreshments.
If you have dietary restrictions and require a special meal, please call the
Division of Education prior to attending the seminar.
- Dress for the conference is business casual. Room
temperatures may vary. To ensure your comfort, you may want to bring a sweater or jacket to the conference sessions.
- To qualify for the 12 Category 1 (ACHE education) credits
assigned to the seminar, you must attend the seminar in its entirety.
- ACHE programs are educational in nature. Self-promotion and
selling are not permitted.

If, for any reason, this seminar does not meet your expectations, please contact
