Drive organizational decision making through strategy
*Registration for this event is now full
A rapidly evolving healthcare marketplace suggests that disruptive forces are at work, which will require transformational change throughout the field. As such, it is increasingly clear that much of the current thinking about strategic positioning needs significant recalibration. New strategies, tactics and business models will be required for success in the future. Leading the transition will not be easy—difficult choices must be made. There are lessons to be learned, but few silver bullets. Options will vary by geographic setting and organizational size and scope. Leadership will be a marathon, not a sprint, and will require alignment between competing short- and long-range priorities. To be successful, it is essential to understand the alternatives for strategic positioning and how to mobilize consensus for change within the board, the medical community and other stakeholders. This seminar will provide you with practical concepts, tools and models for positioning the hospital for success in an era of disruptive change.
You will learn:
- The disruptive forces mandating transformational change
- Hospital of the future business model options
- Physician relationship alignment strategies and tactics
- The top five strategic challenges that need short- and long-term
alignment
- How to mobilize consensus for change
