Bringing Creativity to the Healthcare Workplace: Facing Tomorrow's Challenges
Leaders are constantly being confronted with new problems, new projects, and new issues
that, by definition, require new answers. The ability to see new—as well as
old—problems, projects, and issues in a fresh, imaginative way is vital for individuals
at all levels in an organization.
Creativity plays a fundamental role in our thought processes, leadership practices,
problem solving, and decision making, and it is a key element to managerial efficiency,
productivity, versatility, and effectiveness.
Bringing Creativity to the Healthcare Workplace is designed
to assist individuals in avoiding a negative mind-set, to empower
them to think creatively when confronting problems and issues,
and to look at both new and old problems in very different ways.
This program was formerly titled “Applying Creative Management Techniques to Improve
Your Leadership Effectiveness.”
This seminar is available only as an ACHE On-Location Program.
