Thomas A. Atchison, EdD
Thomas Atchison is president and founder of Atchison Consulting, LLC, Hot Springs Village, Ark. Since 1984, Dr. Atchison has consulted with healthcare organizations on managed change programs, team building and leadership development. He has written and been featured in a number of articles, audiotapes and videotapes about motivation and managed change. Dr. Atchison has written or co-written numerous publications including the books Leading Transformational Change: The Physician-Executive Partnership; Followership: A Practical Guide to Aligning Leaders and Followers; and most recently Leadership's Deeper Dimensions: Building Blocks to Superior Performance. He also has conducted seminars on partnering for change and recruiting and retaining effective employees.
