M. Feinauer, PhD
Dale Feinauer, professor of Management and Human Resources
at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, specializes in organizational
behavior, management, and process improvement. Dr. Feinauer
has consulted with organizations in healthcare and in other
fields on change programs, team building, and leadership development.
He has also written articles on reengineering as an approach
to technology in healthcare and on making performance appraisal
a more positive and productive experience.
