Chip Caldwell Jr., FACHE

Chip Caldwell, chairman of Caldwell Butler & Associates LLC in St. Augustine, Fla., has served as an executive team performance coach for 20 years. Mr. Caldwell has authored or co-authored six leading healthcare management books on cost reduction, accountable change models and the executive role in Lean Six Sigma. A former HCA hospital CEO and worldwide executive vice president of Juran Institute’s Healthcare Practice, he served on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board Support Team and was the healthcare representative on the U.S. Quality Council.
