To receive the special ACHE rate of $135 single/double occupancy, please inform the hotel you are attending the ACHE 2010 LDP. It is highly recommended that you confirm your reservation early to guarantee your preferred dates. Make Travel Arrangements
- United Airlines: ACHE has arranged reduced airfares with United
Airlines. Call the Special Meeting Desk at (800) 521-4041 to receive a 2 to 10 percent discount off applicable fares. All ticketing and
booking fees will be waived when you refer to ACHE Meeting ID Number 598YJ. If you purchase your ticket at least 30 days prior to travel, you will
receive an additional 5 percent discount.
- ACHE reserves the right to substitute faculty and cancel or reschedule programs due to
unforeseen events. For this reason, we advise against purchasing nonrefundable airline
tickets.

Cancellation
Due to the limited enrollment, great demand for this program
and pre-program assessments, cancellations for the
LDP must be received by October 4, 2010. To cancel or
transfer from the program, please notify us in writing no
later than October 4 to receive a credit or a refund, less a
$250 processing fee. After October 4, all fees are forfeited.
Registration fees for cancellations made after the cutoff date
cannot be applied or credited toward future ACHE conferences.
Additional Information
- Enrollment is limited to 25 participants.
- If you have dietary restrictions and require a special meal,
please call the Customer Service Center at (312) 424-9400 prior
to attending the program.
- Dress for this program is business casual. Bring a sweater or
jacket to the program as room temperatures may vary.
- To qualify for the 19 Category I (ACHE education) credits
assigned to this program, you must attend the program in its
entirety. If you have special needs that we can assist you with, please contact the Customer Service Center prior to the
program.
- If you do not receive the pre-program assessments at least six weeks prior to the start of the program, please call Becky Stacy at (312) 424-9362.
