Accreditation

The On-Location programs are designated as ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits equal to the number of hours of class time. In addition to the ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits assigned to the On-Location programs, ACHE is accredited by other organizations to provide continuing education credit. Below are the accrediting organizations and a brief description:

  • Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) – You must request to receive ACCME credits for your On-Location program before your Letter of Agreement is signed. There is a lengthy process that must be completed by your organization in order for ACCME to grant the seminar credit. ACCME accreditation will not be awarded retroactively to the signing of your contract for the program. Please contact the On-Location coordinator for more information.

  • National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) – You may request accreditation with NASBA after the completion of your seminar. ACHE can provide you request forms for the attendees wishing to receive these credits. Please contact the On-Location coordinator for more information.

  • National Association of Boards of Examiners of Long Term Care Administrators (NAB) – You must request to receive NAB credits for your On-Location program before your Letter of Agreement is signed. A fee of $135 will be added to the cost of the On-Location program for administration fees.
