Learn field-proven strategies for revitalizing and redirecting your organization

One of the most daunting challenges today's healthcare leaders face is building commitment and buy-in for change initiatives. In this seminar, you will learn to implement field-proven strategies for reorganization and acquire the skills and vision needed to activate renewal, with an emphasis on practical, real-world approaches. By the conclusion of the program, you will be prepared to apply the action plan you devise in the seminar to energize your own organization.
