Apply for Fellow and Complete Requirements by December 31 to Participate in 2012 Convocation
ACHE Members seeking to take the next critical step in their healthcare management careers by advancing to Fellow and who meet the application requirements (hold a master’s or other advanced degree, have a minimum of two years of healthcare management experience and currently hold a healthcare management position) should apply now. Fellow applicants who successfully meet all requirements needed to attain their FACHE credential by December 31, 2011, including passing the Board of Governors Examination, will be eligible to participate in the 2012 Convocation Ceremony at the Congress on Healthcare Leadership, where they will receive formal recognition by ACHE leadership and their colleagues.
Members can apply for fellowship conveniently online and learn more about the steps and requirements needed to advance at ache.org/FACHE.
2011 Recertification for Fellow
If you are required to recertify in 2011, you may go to my.ache.org to access your personalized online application, see how many continuing education credits you have earned and easily complete the recertification process. Eligible candidates must submit their completed application by December 31, 2011.
Board of Governors Examination Online Tutorial Session
The Online Tutorial is a 12-week self-study course that combines traditional materials with online resources. This format allows participants to complete each week’s assignments when and where it is convenient for them. Participants will receive a CD of reading materials that addresses the knowledge areas covered on the Exam as well as a syllabus that outlines the course schedule. Upon completion participants earn 6 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits.
