Live Chat Feature Added to Enhance Customer Service
ACHE recently launched its online Live Chat to enhance affiliates’ customer service experience. This new resource allows affiliates to have their questions answered in real-time without picking up a phone.
Live Chat is available on the My ACHE page and provides direct access to an ACHE customer service representative. Representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CDT.
Apply for Fellow and Complete Requirements by December 31 to Participate in 2011 Convocation
ACHE Members seeking to take the next critical step in their healthcare management careers by advancing to Fellow and who meet the application requirements (hold a master’s or other advanced degree, have a minimum of two years of healthcare management experience and currently hold a healthcare management position) should apply now.
Fellow applicants who successfully meet all requirements needed to attain their FACHE credential by December 31, 2010, including passing the Board of Governors Examination, will be eligible to participate in the 2011 Convocation Ceremony at the Congress on Healthcare Leadership where they will receive formal recognition by ACHE leadership and their colleagues.
Members can apply for Fellow conveniently online and learn more about the steps and requirements needed to advance at ache.org/FACHE.
2010 Recertification for Fellows
Fellows required to recertify in 2010 should go to my.ache.org to access their personalized online application, see how many continuing education credits they have earned and easily complete the recertification process. Eligible candidates must recertify by December 31, 2010.
