Each Regent is encouraged to present a limited number of awards each Convocation year to outstanding healthcare executives in his or her jurisdiction. ACHE will provide a certificate and an etched crystal sculpture for each winner.

The recipients must be active ACHE affiliates. A list of past winners is available; view past award winners in your area.

The Regent may present his or her awards at any time during the Convocation year.

Please provide us with the following information so that we may assist you in preparing your awards. Please allow three weeks for the production of the awards.
