Dye, FACHE, is an executive search consultant with Witt/Kieffer, which con¬ducts chief executive officer, senior executive, and physician executive searches for a variety of health-care organizations. His consulting experience includes leadership assessment, organizational design, and physician leadership development. He also conducts board retreats and provides counsel in executive employment contracts for a variety of client organizations. |
Andrew N. Garman, PsyD, is associate chair in the Department of Health Systems Management at Rush University in Chicago. In his practitioner role, Dr. Garman provides a variety of leadership assessment and development services to Rush University and other organizations, including competency model development, developmental assessments, performance improvement surveys, and workshops. An active contributor to evidence-based practice, Dr. Garman has been published in more than 25 peer-reviewed journals and books. |
