Create a Fast Track to Onboard Executives in Your Organization

This seminar is exclusively for CEOs of healthcare provider organizations.

Whether promoting an executive from within or hiring someone new to the organization, the first 100 days on the job are critically important.

This seminar offers a new industry standard for best practices in executive transitions. The model presented is an executive onboarding primer to help individuals understand the political and cultural landscape in a new organization.

Your toolkit for transitioning executives will include clearly defined steps to:

  • Establish an effective onboarding system in your organization

  • Avoid the pitfalls and risks of promotions and transitions

  • Assess opportunities for early wins

  • Guide your new hire to reach his or her point of effectiveness with the fewest missteps

Don’t miss this opportunity to interact with other hospital CEOs to explore a creative onboarding framework for fast tracking new executives in your organization.

This program is made possible in part by the support of GE Healthcare.
