Carson F. Dye, FACHE
Carson Dye is a partner with Witt/Kieffer and conducts CEO and senior executive searches. With more than 30 years of healthcare consulting and management experience, Mr. Dye helps organizations with executive search and assessment. He is certified to use Hogan Assessments in leadership evaluation and also serves on the faculty of the graduate program in health administration at The Ohio State University. Board certified in healthcare management and an ACHE Fellow, Mr. Dye has written four books, including Leadership in Healthcare: Values at the Top.
Sarah Fontenot, JD
Sarah Fontenot is a lawyer, nurse and educator and is currently on the faculty at Trinity University’s Department of Health Administration. She is a frequent speaker in the Health Law program which is jointly sponsored by the Southern Medical Association and Auburn University. In addition, she teaches extensively for the Texas Medical Association, Texas Medical Liability Trust, the American Academy of Medical Administrators and other national provider organizations. Ms. Fontenot will speak on the core area of Health Law and Regulations.
Gerald L. Glandon, PhD
Dr. Gerald Glandon is professor and chair of the Department of Health Services Administration at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Dr. Glandon has had a distinguished career in research, health administration education and academic administration. He has extensive publications in journals such as the Journal of the American Medical Association, the Journal of Gerontology: Social Sciences, Medical Care, Hospital and Health Services Administration, and Health Services Research as well as numerous books and book chapters. Prior to coming to UAB, he served as the program director of the Department of Health Systems Management at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago.
Michael Nowicki, EdD, FACHE, FHFMA
Michael Nowicki is a professor of health administration and the director of graduate studies in the Department of Health Administration at Texas State University. Board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Dr. Nowicki has taught for numerous universities and for associations such as the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the American Hospital Association, VHA and the Association of University Programs in Health Administration. Dr. Nowicki will speak on the core area of Healthcare Finance.
Diane L. Kelly, RN, DRPH
Diane Kelly is an adjunct assistant professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill and an assistant professor (clinical) at the University of Utah College of Nursing. Dr.
Kelly will address the core area of Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement.
J. Larry Tyler, CPA, FACHE
J. Larry Tyler is the founder and president of Tyler & Company, one of the largest healthcare executive search firms in the United States. Board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Mr. Tyler is an adjunct professor in the health administration programs at the University of Colorado at Denver and the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Kenneth White, PhD, FACHE
Kenneth White is the Charles P. Cardwell Jr. professor and director of the Graduate Program in Health Administration at Virginia Commonwealth University. Board certified in healthcare management and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Dr. White has extensive experience in hospital and administration consulting, particularly in the areas of leadership development, marketing, facility planning and operations management. Dr. White is a past Governor of the American College of Healthcare Executives and will address the core areas of the Healthcare Delivery System, Business and Management and Professionalism and Ethics.
