Paul Fogel
Paul Fogel is president of Executive Information Systems Inc. in Lake Oswego,
Ore. His organization produces a financial reporting and forecasting system
for hospitals and offers services in productivity improvement, benchmarking,
operations analysis, feasibility studies and business planning. Fogel has worked
with more than 60 hospitals, presented to numerous executive committees and
worked extensively with healthcare managers. He is the author of the book Superior
Productivity in Health Care Organizations: How to Get It, How to Keep It and has been a
contributor to several publications and workshops offered by the Healthcare Financial
Management Association.
