L. Rita Fritz
Rita Fritz is founder and president of Systems Inc. in Chicago. She has helped healthcare organizations throughout the United States and Canada to accelerate performance and improve their internal systems. Her particular focus is on studying and applying systems and strategies to healthcare that have been shown to work well in other industries. Previously, Ms. Fritz was president of Health Systems Design Inc., associate vice president of a 500-plus–bed hospital and director of technology policy and administration for the American Hospital Association.
