Diane Kelly, DrPH, RN

Diane Kelly is an expert in quality and performance excellence in healthcare delivery and public health organizations, leadership development, international management development, organizational development in rural settings and underserved populations. Dr. Kelly maintains faculty responsibilities at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Public Health in the Public Health Leadership Program; at Duke University School of Nursing; and at Weber State University Health Administration Services Program.
