Ronald McMillan

Ron McMillan is co-founder of VitalSmarts in Provo, Utah. He has more than 25 years of experience in team development, results-oriented leadership, and is a subject-matter expert in influence and workplace communication. Mr. McMillan developed researched methods for driving rapid, sustainable and measurable change in behaviors. He is also co-founder of the Covey Leadership Center, where he helped develop training programs, and co-author of Change Anything, Crucial Conversations, Crucial Confrontations, and Influencer.
