Wendy Novicoff, PhD
Wendy Novicoff is an associate professor of Public Sciences and Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Virginia School of Medicine where she teaches research methodology to graduate and medical students. She is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Lean Sensei, having the opportunity to work with healthcare organizations nationwide to implement Lean and Six Sigma programs. Dr. Novicoff’s primary research interests are health services research, outcomes evaluations, hospital/health system data quality and integrity, and performance improvement.
