In his role as chief regional operations offi¬cer for the Memorial Hermann healthcare system in Houston, Texas, Rod Brace over¬sees five divisions of ambulatory services consisting of 200 sites inclusive of ambula¬tory surgery, sports medicine, diagnostic lab, imaging, medical group and the Ironman Institutes. Mr. Brace also provides executive oversight to the orthopedic, oncology and neurosciences service lines in partnership with U.T. Health. He came to Memorial Hermann after spending 15 years with for-profit healthcare companies. Prior to his cur¬rent position, Mr. Brace’s role has ranged from chief marketing officer, MSO executive director and hospital COO and CEO. He is the author of two books and speaks frequently on leadership.

William B. Riley Jr., MD
Chief Medical Officer, Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital

Bill Riley serves a dual role as chief medical officer for Memorial Hermann Sugar Land Hospital in Sugar Land, Texas (since 2004) and Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital in Katy, Texas (since 2012). Dr. Riley is a board-certified plastic surgeon who practiced in the Greater Houston area for 32 years. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Riley founded Operation Rainbow in 1978, an organization that has provided free reconstructive plastic surgery and free orthopedic surgery to more than 12,000 indigent children in 12 developing countries around the world.
