Brian Silverstein, MD, is president at HC Wisdom, Baltimore. He brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare management, with a focus on systems and relationships that improve quality and operational performance. Previously, Dr. Silverstein served as senior vice president of Patient-Centered Medical Homes at CareFirst at Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he ran one of the country’s largest primary care ACO/PCMH programs. He has also served as a consultant for several organizations.
Deborah M. Lee-Eddie, FACHE, consultant, DLE Group, will present her current clinical integration project as a case study on the associated opportunities and challenges. The C-suite reaction panel will revisit the concept of clinical integration by comparing and contrasting the latest experiences in the healthcare field based on the case study. The panelists, representing different clinical integration models in diverse settings, will reveal how consultants today can help their clients in this critical area.
