Fellows Program – Designed Exclusively for ACHE Fellows

Strategic Planning: From Formulation to Action. This seminar focuses on how to organize and implement a successful strategic planning process, ensure effective participation and transition your plan into action. Whether you are new to strategic planning or you want to revitalize the process within your organization, this seminar will provide you with the critical information you need to create a plan that will define and strengthen your future viability.


Fund for Innovation Programs

Donations to the Fund for Innovation in Healthcare Leadership are used to establish education programs that promote or build awareness around key areas of focus designated by the Fund, among other projects. For 2009, the Fund will produce a one-day workshop titled "Best Practices for Applying Social Media in Healthcare" on Wednesday, Nov. 4 in conjunction with the San Antonio Cluster, Nov. 2–5, 2009.
