The ACHE Healthcare Consultants Forum Member Directory is intended to serve as a resource for healthcare executives and other leaders of healthcare provider organizations seeking the services of a healthcare consultant with a specific area of expertise such as strategic planning, marketing, executive search, and performance improvement to enhance their organization and healthcare management excellence.
The intent of the directory is to be mutually beneficial to the consultant seeking enhanced visibility and the healthcare executive seeking consulting services. This directory contains basic contact information and highlights Healthcare Consultant Forum members’ primary specialization area that includes:
- Strategy and Transactions
This includes long term strategic and business planning, service line development, physician and hospital acquisitions and mergers. - Operations & Performance Improvement
Any services related to quality, day to day administrative or clinical activities, staffing and organizing, medical staff organization or development, or performance improvement. - Technology and Population Health
Involves EHR selection and installation, data warehousing and health information exchanges, analytics, readiness assessments and ACO development and operation. - HR/Search and Interim Management
This includes compensation, HR policy, coaching, benefits, board advisory, executive search and interim management. - Finance and Facilities
Includes investment banking, short-term financing, fair market valuations, project management & planning, capital planning, facility master planning, patient flow, bed need evaluation and related feasibility work.

This directory is not comprehensive of all healthcare consultants within ACHE or the healthcare community at large. Additionally, the highlighted area of expertise for each listed consultant was self-selected as their primary area of focus and he/she may have other areas of expertise that are not identified in this directory.
