The format is uniqueDesigned with content for different career stages, the Senior Executive Program and Executive Program invite healthcare leaders to learn, share and grow together during three intensive sessions. Both programs begin in June and take place in three cities across the United States throughout the year—Chicago, San Diego and Orlando.
The programs provide practical leadership strategies through the use of case studies, personal assessments, panel discussions, a site visit to Scripps Health in San Diego and a behind-the-scenes look at the operations of Walt Disney World. The format is designed to accelerate this high-level executive learning experience.
