As a former healthcare executive, Andy Hillig knows how quickly the industry is evolving and understands the importance of developing high-potential leaders to help them transform their workplace. Before taking up executive development, coaching and career advising with Andy Hillig Solutions LLC, Andy served in leadership positions at the Medical College of Wisconsin, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Ascension Wisconsin and Essentia Health.

As a consultant, Andy specializes in:

Andy holds a bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science and a master’s degree in business administration and management. He achieved board certification as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives in 2009, completed ACHE's Executive Program in 2012 and was certified by The Virginia Mason Institute in Advanced Lean Management in 2015.  

Andy received the Wisconsin ACHE Regent’s Young Healthcare Executive Award in 2009 and the ACHE Distinguished Service Award in 2016. In 2010, he developed and led the ACHE Wisconsin Chapter's "Leadership Development Program," a program that still thrives today.

Professionally, Andy has been the ACHE Regent for Wisconsin and the ACHE-Wisconsin Chapter Board President, and has served on national committees for ACHE. He has also been a faculty for ACHE’s Annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership for five years. In the community, Andy has volunteered with several organizations, including current appointments on the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Masters of Healthcare Administration Program Advisory Council.
