Transforming Healthcare Culture: Putting People at the Center

This course explores how healthcare leaders can foster a culture that prioritizes the human experience in patient, family, and staff engagement. Participants will examine strategies to integrate dignity, compassion, and empathy into care delivery while addressing the critical role of organizational culture in shaping outcomes. Through case studies, evidence-based practices, and interactive reflection, learners will gain insight into the leadership competencies necessary to drive cultural transformation, support staff well-being, and enhance patient-centered care.
