In today’s healthcare environment, technical expertise alone is not enough. Leaders must also navigate complex interpersonal dynamics, build trust and foster team resilience.
Through a blend of short presentations, guided self-reflection and small group discussions, you will explore how emotional intelligence can support stronger communication, collaboration and decision-making. Developing these skills can enhance leadership effectiveness across healthcare organizations, especially in high-stakes or uncertain situations.
You’ll walk away with practical strategies to better regulate emotions under pressure, strengthen team performance and lead with empathy and intention. The session will conclude with an open Q&A, offering space to share reflections and consider how these concepts can be applied in your own leadership practice.
Seminar Objectives:
- Understand the core components and leadership impact of emotional intelligence
- Strengthen communication and team collaboration using EI
- Develop practical strategies to apply EI under pressure
