Two major trends have reshaped 21st-century healthcare: the growth of employed physician groups and the shift towards outpatient care. This transformation, combined with more recent headwinds like physician shortages, intense competition between health systems, staffing difficulties, aging infrastructure and financial pressures, has made efficiently running ambulatory networks increasingly challenging, requiring leaders to manage complex networks that are operationally, financially, culturally and geographically distinct from traditional hospital systems.

In this seminar, you’ll explore the current realities, challenges, trends and emerging best practices in the management of medical groups and ambulatory networks. Topics will include:

  • Physician alignment
  • Strategic planning
  • Financial stewardship
  • Performance measurement and management
  • Patient access optimization
  • Ambulatory practice/clinic operations
  • Technological integration
  • Organizational support

You will leave with actionable insights and tools to lead your organization in an increasingly complex and outpatient-driven healthcare landscape.
