Sasha Preble brings more than 17 years of healthcare experience to her role as senior director and partner in the strategy consulting practice of Optum Advisory Services. In this role, Ms. Preble serves providers, payers and integrated delivery networks in addressing some of their most pressing strategic opportunities. Ms. Preble’s areas of expertise include strategic growth, payer/provider collaboration, partnership evaluation and development, consumer-centric design and payment innovation. She works closely with senior executives to define the strategic path forward and build tactical road maps that account for market dynamics, address overall organizational objectives and gain buy-in from essential stakeholders. Ms. Preble’s experience has earned her numerous speaking invitations on healthcare topics and she has authored several articles for notable industry publications.
Prior to joining OAS, Ms. Preble served in multiple positions for Aetna’s Accountable Care Solutions Advisory Services in Chicago. As vice president, she was responsible for working closely with providers to assess, design and implement capabilities required for success in value-based reimbursement models. Before this, Ms. Preble served in multiple positions for Kaufman Hall. As vice president, she was responsible for leading and presenting growth strategies and recommendations to provider clients across the country. Ms. Preble began her career in healthcare strategy consulting at Noblis (formerly Mitretek Healthcare–Jennings Ryan & Kolb) where she was responsible for qualitative and quantitative analytics in support of strategy engagements.
Ms. Preble earned a master of business administration degree in management and strategy from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a bachelor of science degree in business administration, magna cum laude, from Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
