Ronan Segrave COO

Ronan Segrave joined Health Sciences Centre Winnipeg in December 2017. Hailing from Vancouver, British Columbia, via Dublin, Ireland, he brings nearly two decades of experience advising healthcare organizations in Canada and the United Kingdom in the areas of strategic transformation, personalized medicine, service reconfiguration, care pathway redesign and performance improvement.

Ronan has successfully led major healthcare performance improvement and transformation programs in acute and community care settings. He has been a trusted advisor to government departments, public and private healthcare organizations and healthcare technology companies across Canada, the Middle East and the United Kingdom.

Ronan participated as a lead member of the KPMG team that conducted the recent assessment of Manitoba’s health system.

Ronan is a graduate of the Institute of Public Administration in Dublin and holds a master’s degree in health care policy and management from the University of Birmingham.
