Laura Jacquin is a managing director in BRG’s Healthcare Performance Improvement practice. Jacquin is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 30 years of healthcare management expertise in clinical documentation, clinical operations and performance improvement. In addition to practicing as a clinician, she has held senior leadership roles with national and international consulting firms and third‐party payer organizations. Jacquin leads BRG’s Clinical Documentation Integrity and Physician Enterprise Solution service lines. Her CDI work with clients is focused on the implementation of leading practice CDI programs that drive sustainable quality outcomes and compliant financial returns. Her work with clients in PES focuses on physician alignment, clinic staffing, clinical quality and efficiency, patient access and throughput, and patient and physician satisfaction. Jacquin is a nationally recognized leader in CDI, speaking at national conferences such as HFMA and supporting the profession by sharing her thought leadership through her published writings. She has integrated the CDI initiative with all of BRG’s other healthcare performance improvement service offerings, including revenue cycle, labor, nonlabor, physician services, patient progression and clinical services. Jacquin received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration in finance from the University of Indianapolis.
