"The Career Launch Program was a valuable and timely experience, as I transitioned into my first role following my administrative fellowship. It gave me the opportunity to revisit key concepts from my graduate education, while also refining skills I’ve developed during the early stages of my career. I especially appreciated the program’s emphasis on leading yourself before leading others, which is an essential foundation for any aspiring healthcare leader. "
