Jason Petros

Jason P. Petros (he/him) has developed an extensive understanding of healthcare leadership, the significant changes that have occurred across the landscape and the strategic imperatives that top executives are prioritizing to address access, quality, cost and the patient experience. As an agile partner and dedicated scholar of contemporary healthcare leadership, he has expertise in identifying and placing leaders to meet the needs of organizations adapting to new models of care, prioritizing value and the patient experience.

As a senior partner at WittKieffer, Petros has supported the successful placement of over 350 key leaders in integrated health systems, academic medical centers, community hospitals, physician groups and other healthcare organizations. He works closely with boards, search committees and hiring executives in the recruitment of CEOs, COOs and other senior leaders. Petros also has extensive experience in recruiting leadership to support clinical integration, service line development and service excellence.
