Katie Lawrence, CMPE

Katie Lawrence is executive director, ambulatory optimization and integration for Prisma Health in Greenville, S.C. Prior to her current role, Katie spent 12 years in leadership roles at what was then Greenville Health System, including operations, practice management and optimization. Her work focuses on medical group access and quality care metrics, and optimizing workflows and experiences for staff, providers and patients. Katie earned her Master of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Bachelor of Arts from Furman University.
