Sara Hubbard

Sara Hubbard is senior operational performance improvement consultant for Baptist Health in Jacksonville, Fla. Prior to joining Baptist Health in 2015, Sara worked for several Fortune 200 companies, including Pfizer, Whirlpool and CMS Energy, as well as a smaller healthcare organization. Sara has more than 20 years of experience in performance improvement and organizational effectiveness, for which she has led large-scale performance improvement projects, built the capacity and capability of the organization and its employees, and implemented key programs to instill a culture of excellence. Sara has earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from American Society for Quality and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at Pfizer Inc. She is also a certified performance technologist with the International Society for Performance Improvement and a senior certified professional by the Society of Human Resource Management. Sara received her Master of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Western Michigan University, where she also served as adjunct faculty, facilitating organization development and human resource management classes to undergraduates.
