Lynn Gott, MT(ASCP)

Lynn Gott is the system director of laboratory services at Lee Health. She oversees all laboratory operations, including outpatient/outreach, satellite and acute labs. She is a clinical laboratory supervisor with over 39 years of encompassing experience, which includes 26 years of management, supervisory and educational skills in a variety of laboratory settings.

Prior to her current role, Gott was the administrative director of the clinical laboratory at Cape Coral Hospital, where she had direct oversight of over 90 laboratory employees and was the liaison between the lab and other system departments to foster collaboration and improve patient outcomes. Gott has extensive experience with regulatory compliance and accreditation with College of American Pathologists, American Health Care Association and DNV. She also is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service by incorporating strong problem solving and analytical skills with out-of-the-box thinking.
