August 3, 2021 Webinar Recording

These findings beg the question, does the field need more physician leaders to address these issues? Additionally, how can hospitals and health systems develop their physicians into highly engaged, resilient leaders? This two-part series of educational offerings highlights the various ways in which physicians can help enhance quality, manage costs, address a changing reimbursement system and transform health systems in the next 20 years. This program will provide specific suggestions on the kinds of leadership skills and competencies that physicians most need to develop, and explore various methods that hospitals and health systems can help foster that growth.
