Archie Mayani is the chief product officer leading Change Healthcare’s Enterprise Imaging business. In this role, she provides product leadership for global teams building the next-generation cloud-native clinical and workflow solutions for Enterprise Imaging.
Prior to her current role, she served as the head for product and content operations at Amazon, the vice president/general manager for Optum Prevention Business in North America and Global Markets and the senior director for Medicaid for Optum Population Health Management.
Ms. Mayani is passionate about healthcare and global health issues and has devoted more than 20 years to the field. She started her career as a biomedical engineer developing an image-guided spinal surgery application. Then, she held diverse product and business roles at GE Healthcare, Philips Healthcare and Milliman Care Guidelines.
She is an inclusive and inspirational leader who is driven by the purpose of healthcare. An engaging orator, she has spoken at healthcare conferences and forums around the world. She has evangelized healthcare products, influenced local- and state-level healthcare reform policies and participated in podcasts on innovations that leverage technology to improve human health and well-being. She holds patents in areas of image processing and has been featured in various scientific journals and publications.
Ms. Mayani earned her master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of Florida, and her master of business administration in mergers and acquisitions from the University of Warwick, United Kingdom. She sits on the board of National Diversity Council and is committed to promoting women of color in leadership.
