Maximizing Trust in Healthcare Institutions through Value-Based Communication
In an era of declining institutional trust, healthcare professionals (HCPs) need to maintain their position as society's most trusted voices. This webinar addresses the critical communication skills HCPs need to maintain and strengthen this trust.
The executive director of the Trusted Messenger Program will demonstrate how HCPs can utilize practical approaches, for both in-person and virtual interactions, to leverage their unique position as trusted local messengers to enhance patient care and outcomes. The session will explore evidence-based communication strategies, including presumptive recommendations and the AIMS (Announce, Inquire, Mirror, Secure) methodology, designed to improve patient receptivity on a variety of topics including vaccine acceptance and adherence.
