Jerry Yang, CFO

Jerry Yang is CFO, operations, at MultiCare Health System, an 11-hospital platform with $4.3 billion in annual net revenue headquartered in Tacoma, Wash. Yang’s career has spanned between for-profit and not-for-profit health systems serving rural sole-community hospital markets and highly competitive urban markets. He specializes in developing new services in existing markets and creating innovative partnerships to grow vertically and horizontally into new markets.

Before joining MultiCare Health System, Yang served as the market CFO for Beaumont Health, based in metro Detroit. Previously, he was the associate CFO of Hillcrest Health System, based in Tulsa, Okla.

Jerry received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He currently sits on the advisory board for University of Washington—Tacoma School of Urban Studies, serves as a board member and treasurer for Symphony Tacoma.
