Innovative Growth Strategies: A Focus on Site of Care With Robotic Surgery
Join the chief nurse officer at Sutter Health alongside the chief executive officer, Sutter Medical Center, Sacramento, for an insightful webinar focused on site of care growth strategies by scaling their surgical robotics programs.
In this session, participants will explore how Sutter Health has assessed market opportunities to identify specific sites of care for strategic initiatives. Attendees will learn how Sutter Health has been able to successfully expand their surgical robotics programs to hospital outpatient departments (HOPD), ambulatory surgery centers (ASC) as well as community and rural hospitals.
Additionally, faculty will provide valuable insights into how their robotics program is improving patient outcomes and increasing operational efficiency within their network. Finally, speakers will share the critical role of alignment between executive and clinical leadership in optimizing investments in robotics technology to support broader system-wide strategies.
